In order to secure your appointment you must pay a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE-deposit through my website.

- Deposits are deducted from your total & MUST be sent after booking your appointment.

Please bring EXACT CASH to your appointment, if paying remaining balance with CARD there will be a $3 up-

charge.

LATE POLICY

After 10 minutes there will be a $15 LATE FEE, after being 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled & you will lose your deposit NO EXCEPTIONS! Please notify me if you know you're going to be late, I’m very understanding. 

Please be sure to use correct email address & phone number, all additional information will be sent to the email address you provide.

ALL clients hair MUST be washed, blown out and free of product! There will be a $15 charge if hair is not blown out correctly. (I should be able to run my hands through your hair.)

- Squeeze in appointments may be available for $50 extra (MUST CONTACT ME DIRECTLY @ (225) 390-0401.

- APPOINTMENTS BEFORE 9AM AND AFTER 7PM IS $50 EXTRA

- APPOINTMENTS ON HOLIDAYS ARE $100 EXTRA

- Being that Sunday's and Monday's are my only off days there will be a $50 fee to go into shop, Contact me directly if you would like to schedule a SUNDAY OR MONDAY APPT.

BRAIDING SERVICES

For all BRAIDING services I prefer to use 3X RUWA OR X-PRESSION PRE STRETCH HAIR 

*** I NO LONGER BRAID WITH BOBBI BOSS NO EXCEPTIONS! I will turn you around if you bring anything other than the 2 types listed above.***

** PLEASE DO NOT BOOK SMALL BOX BRAIDS ON SATURDAYS** IF BOOKING INDIVIDUAL BRAIDING SERVICES ON A SATURDAY THE APPOINTMENT MUST BE BOOKED FOR 9AM-10AM NO LATER UNLESS IT IS LARGE***

INSTALLS

- The type of lace you get makes a HUGE difference in the outcome. HD or Transparent lace ONLY.

- PLEASE DROP OFF ALL CLOSURES & FRONTALS 2-3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED!!!!!

- SAME DAY CUSTOMIZATION IS $25 EXTRA DUE TO EXTRA TIME IT’LL ADD ON!!

If your knots are already bleached and plucked there’s no need to drop off. 

- NO GRAY LACE

-  NO USED CLOSURES UNLESS INSTALLED BY ME 

- Please do not bring wet bundles OR IT WILL BE EXTRA  

DROP OFFS:

NO MORE DROPS OFF WHEN THE SHOP IS CLOSED. PLEASE DROP OFF WIGS & CLOSURES DURING MY BUSINESS HOURS SO THAT WE CAN HAVE A SUCCESSFUL HAND OFF!!!!!!! BE SURE TO LABEL IT WITH YOUR NAME & DATE OF APPOINTMENT. 

BUNDLES + INSTALL:

- If you'd like to ADD HHP Raw Hair Extensions to your service, please TEXT (225) 390-0401 with your desired texture and length.

** PLEASE NOTE I NO LONGER KEEP BUNDLES ON HAND, HAIR TAKES 2-3 DAYS TO COME IN SO PLEASE ORDER BEFORE HAND SO IT CAN BE IN BY THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT **

- If you'd like a HHP unit please click on the tab and fill out the order form, you'll be required to come into the salon so that I can take your head measurements OR you can do so yourself and send it to me. With this option I will not be responsible if the measurements you sent isn't correct and the wig doesn't fit.
